At TM Listings, we focus on understanding your goals and helping you achieve them. TM Listings was established in 2008 in Lakeville, MN by Troy Molde. As real estate has changed, TM Listings has moved towards the motto of maximizing the technology that helps to sell homes.
We are a real estate brokerage based out of Lakeville in the Twin Cities and have expanded to SW Florida. We bring our knowledge and expertise of the local real estate market to help you list your house and find your next home.
Meet Troy
Troy is the owner of TM Listings and offers superb real estate experience to any transaction. He has sold and closed over 1,000 homes, consulted for investment groups, and can offer over 15 years of real estate experience as a high producing broker.
Troy is a real estate investor and owns Henryhomebuyer.com. Troy regularly sells his own homes and gets the chance to see what its like to be a seller often. One of Troy’s goal starting TM Listings is to provide a service for sellers who would like to go the traditional route in selling their home, yet provide a savings that allows them to keep more of their own money.
Troy lives in Lakeville with his wife and 5 children and enjoys boating, fishing, hiking, pickleball and spending time with family.
Meet Kay
Hi my name is Kayinah Destine. Also go by Kai or Kay whatever easier.
I’m originally from Boston, MA. In 1998 the ocean
and beaches called my name and I answered by relocating to Southwest Florida which has been my home for the last 22 years. I’m the last class of Edison State College. I graduated 2013 with a Bachelors in Public Administration. I recently got married to wonderful man named Joseph. I’m of Haitian Decent and can speak creole, glad to demonstrate upon request. I thoroughly enjoy traveling, my travels have taken me around the world.
I joined forces with TM Listings in 2019 as the Southwest Florida Real Estate Agent and Director of operations. In 2022 I passed my broker test and received my Broker Associate designation. I’ve been featured numerous times on local TV news station as the local real estate expert.
I’m passionate about all things Real Estate! When I’m helping buyers, it’s so fun to look at the houses with them and teach them about the areas. It makes my day when we find the perfect house, its so fulfilling to be a part of the home buyer’s journey. When working with sellers I enjoy helping you understand your options and what decisions should be made. I’m fierce in making sure your interest is protected and getting you the most money possible for your home. Lastly, I’m a real estate investor myself and enjoy working with other investors to help them achieve their financials goals.
The areas I cover are: Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres.
